The customer portal for LOT‑Squatch will launch alongside the beta program in Q2 2026.
Licensed customers will be able to manage licenses, download encrypted rule updates,
submit support tickets, and access compliance documentation here.
If you are a beta participant or have a pre‑order, you will receive an email with
temporary access credentials when the portal opens.
What you’ll be able to do:

License management – View your active licenses, expiration dates, and usage.

Rule updates – Download GPG‑signed detection rule packages.

Support tickets – Submit and track technical support requests.

Compliance docs – Access SOC 2, ISO 27001, and CISA alignment reports.
